Approach

We are not consultants who leave at go-live.

Handholding is the literal description of the service. Five phases, each with a defined end and a handover. The last one exists specifically so you stop needing us.

Diagnose

We establish the real baseline. That means interviews at three levels, a look at your systems and data, and a candid read of where sponsorship actually sits. Stated blockers and real blockers are rarely the same, and building a plan on the stated ones is how programmes stall in month four.

Design

We define what changes for whom. Target ways of working, role by role. The change plan, the communications, the training curriculum and the governance that has to exist before anything goes live.

Prepare

The work most programmes skip. Sponsors get coached on what to say and keep saying. Managers get taught how to redesign their team's work. Resistance gets surfaced and answered before go-live, when it is still cheap.

Adopt

We stay in the room. Floor-walking, office hours, fast feedback loops into the delivery team, and weekly reporting on whether behaviour is actually shifting.

Embed

Adoption decays without reinforcement. We measure what held, reinforce what did not, and hand over the capability so your own people run it without us. A good engagement ends.

What we draw on

We use established change management practice rather than a proprietary method invented to sound distinctive. Individual-level adoption models, organisational change sequencing, and AI-specific governance standards each solve a different part of the problem, and we combine them according to what an engagement needs. Timelines above are indicative; scope determines the real ones.
