ConnectAdvi is a change management consultancy for organisations adopting AI. We were built around a specific observation: the constraint on AI value is almost never the model. It is whether an organisation can absorb the change that the model requires.

That makes us a deliberately narrow firm. We do not build models, resell platforms, or take implementation fees from software vendors. Our only product is the transition, which means we have no reason to recommend more technology than a client needs.

We work with organisations that have already decided AI matters and have discovered that deciding is the easy part. Typically that is a company somewhere between a first pilot and a second attempt, where the technology worked and the adoption did not.

The measure of a good engagement is that it ends. We hand over a capability your own people run.
